Position: Clinical Occupational Therapist

   Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments using standardized tools (e.g., Sensory Profile, BOT-2, VMI)

  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans

  • Deliver one-to-one therapy sessions in a structured clinical environment

  • Work collaboratively with ABA and SLT teams for integrated care

  • Maintain detailed session notes, progress data, and reports

  • Participate in supervision sessions and case reviews

  • Provide parent guidance and home program strategies

‍ ‍Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Valid professional certification/licensure (as applicable in Bangladesh)

  • Experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, GDD, or sensory processing challenges preferred

  • Strong understanding of pediatric OT frameworks and assessments

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
